Vizelpas Flexible Films, S.A., N.I.P.C. 503 844 969, a limited company with registered office at Rua da Fundição, No. 8 in the parish of Vilarinho, in the municipality of Santo Tirso, CP 4795-792 Vilarinho STS, hereinafter referred to as Vizelpas, whose contact details appear at the beginning of this page, collects personal data, through its website, in the following contexts and conditions:

1. The Vizelpas site uses session cookies, which collect the following data, IP identification, Brower, Day and Place, consisting of a randomly generated identification, which is eliminated at the end of the session when the user closes his browser.

On the site personal data is collected when filling out the contact form - "SEND US AN E-MAIL", your name and e-mail address is collected for the purposes indicated and under the conditions described, data that is kept for as long as the contact between the individual and Vizelpas persists, or until the holder confirms its cancellation. If the e-mail address is considered invalid for any reason, in particular if it is persistently bounced, it will be deleted by Vizelpas.

In compliance with the legal obligation to ensure the security of information systems, provided in paragraph 1 of Article 32 of the RGPD, Vizelpas carries out a processing of personal data based on paragraph c) of Article 6.1 of the same diploma. It collects the following data from visitors to its website: date and time of consultation, IP address (internet protocol), type of browser used by the visitor. These data are kept for a maximum of 7 days.
