Vizelpas Flexible Films S.A. conducts its business based on ethical and socially responsible practices such as integrity, responsibility and trust, as well as respect for the environment.
The principles described here involve all aspects of our business, including the relationship we establish with all our stakeholders.

The basic principles of this policy are:

  • Respect for current legislation in all aspects of our business;
  • Respect for the inherent value of each individual, regardless of their gender, religion, political conviction, trade union membership, sexual orientation, race or nationality. We recognize people as a valuable asset, where we guarantee:
    ✓ The non-violation of human rights;
    No use of child labor;
    No forced labor.
  • We guarantee and promote health and safety at work;
  • We carry out social actions among ourselves and in the community;
  • We are committed to the training and personal and professional growth of our employees;
  • We promote a respectful and safe environment in every workplace, free from discrimination and harassment of any kind;
  • We promote environmental protection:
    • We are committed to developing sustainable products (100% recyclable);
    • We develop actions to minimize consumption of natural resources, including internal recycling;
    • The waste generated in our processes, namely plastic scraps and solvent waste, is separated and sent for recovery, whenever feasible.
  • We prevent pollution:
    • We promote the use of renewable energy as a means of reducing CO2 emissions and mitigating climate change;
    • We minimize VOC emissions into the atmosphere by implementing and maintaining an appropriate treatment system;
    • We have developed actions to minimize accidental losses of plastic pellets and accidental spills of solvents, as well as to contain them if they occur.
  • We are committed to the continuous improvement of our organization, promoting better environmental performance.
